（謝過譽）桂花香裏，我駕扁舟；菊蕊黃時，君遺尺牘。捧霞牋而莊誦，恍挹芝眉；審蓮社之多佳，藉舒葵臆。伏維二兄以讀書讀律之餘，兼多藝多材之美；及鋒而試，干將豈等於鉛刀？韞櫝而藏，太璞迥殊乎燕石。貯作王家之偉器，非徒盛府之元僚。如弟賦才碌碌，應世庸庸。前此援例納貲，本屬捕風捉月。且一官似芥，幷無五斗之糈；而半職如匏，已負兩肩之債。譽真過矣，愧何如之！
