（初交問候並述近况）聞足下之名久矣，平生相慕切，而相遇終疎。不意清和之首，得於會城客邸遇之。伏見大兄春雲意氣，秋月丰裁，不啻雞鶩羣中，矯然一鶴，益令人心折無似。旋以蒲輪適館，分手匆匆。而弟自重午歸來，日與管城子共晨夕，勞狀槪可想見。足下目無全牛，奏刀立解。當此輕衫團扇，一榻清閒，知不與笨伯同其役役也。
