相思結遠道，相見忽忘言；而閣下每過金臺，情文備至，覺餘歡之戀戀，更惜別之匆匆。正以尊事縈懷，擬泐數行奉候，適居停白太守出示手翰，敬悉育麟大喜！此閣下所殷盼，亦知好所共期，遙矚長庚，同深忭舞！惟湯餅筵開，不使殷羨老躬與其盛，良以瓜綿椒實，衍慶方長，補之欲俟異日耳。長日課閒，因時遣興，零紅賸綠，點也何如？
