與余竹泉託謀事
不通音問者數月矣。足下徜徉於津沽之間，采菊花宮，看帆柳墅，公餘逸致，罄無不宜。而樽浮竹葉之香，字寫梅花之帖，此又入幕之高士，抑亦出世之散仙也。
弟溷跡金臺，忽忽已逾半載，月初賤眷北上，諸費綢繆，雙鯉久疎，職是之故。承囑令表弟館事，時時在抱，冀得一當，以報台命。無如有心插柳，偏不成陰，致令抱空而返。然楩楠杞梓，到處見珍，亦不必楚材楚用也。
