（在南翔。梁天監中，里人掘地得石，有二鶴飛集其上，名鶴跡石。僧德齊即其地建庵，每鶴至，必有檀施。一夕鶴去不返，有題詩於石上，曰：「白鶴南翔去不歸，惟留空跡在名基」，遂名寺曰南翔。國朝康熙間御書「雲翔寺」易之。）鶴飛來兮槎之南，清風淨課參精藍。
鶴飛去兮槎之浦，三生鶴跡常千古。
古刹傳聞天藍年，靈禽止息皆前緣。
高人卓錫此圓寂，名基留輿談空禪。
