寇盤據馬來亞三年餘，造成不少幸運兒，其中不少感激皇恩不淺者，而每晨向東遙拜，視武運之悠久無窮。
（編按）這裏所稱之「感激皇恩不淺者」，即與日本人合作之漢奸商人。日本投降之後，許多在淪陷時投敵的商人、知識份子，紛紛搖身一變，又變成僑領、文教界人士，這班人極為害怕人們知其底細，於是到處銷毀證據，其中最為明顯的，就是銷毀淪陷時期刊載各種漢奸活動的刊物，例如《昭南日報》。
