百濟第二十三代王，
文周王之長子。
文周王四年九月，王出獵，宿於外，解仇使盜害之。三斤王繼位，年十三歲，軍國政事，一切委於佐平解仇。二年，春，佐平解仇與恩率燕信聚衆，據大豆城叛。王命佐平眞男以兵二千討之，不克。更命德率眞老，帥精兵五百，擊殺解仇。燕信奔高句麗，收其妻子，斬於熊津。三月己酉朔，日有食之。三年，春夏大旱。秋九月，移大豆城於斗谷。冬十一月，王薨。文周王弟昆支之子東城王立。
