Punctuation options
周初，以井田制，公有制立於天下，地分於諸侯，諸侯予庶民耕，分公私田，庶民皆需耕，私田產糧歸庶民，公田產糧歸諸侯。禮崩樂壞，春秋晚期，漸變私有制，秦國自商鞅法後，施土地私有制。後於南北朝隋唐時期，於戶口制度上，行均田制，始於北魏孝文帝，迄於安史之亂。分露田與桑田，露田身後須還，桑田子孫永耕，也謂永業田。此制度與時進而得田有減。宋代以降，行私有制至今。
