（八月七日），又佈會申之。中邦與之會談，然皆寢。戊子年五月十六
（平成二十年六月十九日），兩方始為共識。
然庚寅年七月廿九
（平成廿二年九月七日），華有漁舟與日之巡邏舟相擊。乙未年六月六日
（平成廿七年七月廿一日），日發《防衛白皮書》，又令中邦止採油氣。
