二桃殺三士，古說也，載於《晏子春秋·內篇諫下》，今意用計殺人。公孫接、田開疆、古冶子皆為齊
將，恃勇而驕。
晏子欲殺之，故使景公賜三人二桃，令計功食桃。公孫接、田開疆言功取之，古冶子無桃，言從君殺黿之功，抽劍相向。二人愧，反其桃，挈領而死。古冶子見二人自刎，愧，亦反其桃，挈領而死。
