南陽許攸、
沛國周旌謀，以剿黑山之名請兵於靈帝，實欲以帝回河間覲親之際生變，先誅黃門、中常侍，復廢靈帝，改立合肥侯為帝也。欲說曹操從，操拒之。後事果敗，
王芬畏罪自殺。
