擔仔麵者，
臺南小吃也，全名度小月擔仔麵
。
其名自臺灣語挑肩擔，首發於晚清，
臺南臨海，業以漁主，惟七八月間，風災不斷，捕魚不易，生計頓時艱困，故曰小月。此間更易其業，至臺南市水仙宮賣麵，是為度小月擔仔麵。
