舜
為其末代之君。地處東南，今之浙江杭州，故舜亦稱為虞舜。虞氏前者，皆以部落聚居，而舜即帝堯之授，嗣位治國，法度具備。舜之德行遠播，修德慎罰，通四方，風教深植，賞罰明晰，百官各得其職。
