榕，
木名
。初生如葛藟緣木，後乃成樹，生於華南
。榕葉
如木麻，其䕃十畝
。
枝葉柔脃，
榦
旣生枝，枝又生根，垂垂如流蘇，少著物卽縈繫。或本榦自相依附，若七八樹叢生者，多至數十百條，合幷爲一，𧐖蜷樛結，柯葉䕃茂。
閩中多榕樹，因號榕城。
