炮雉
炮者，裹泥燔食之法也，若炮薯、炮雉之屬。
《禮記》有云：「炮取豚若將，刲之刳之，實棗於其腹中，編萑以苴之，塗之以謹塗，炮之」。
炮製之法亦復衍他義：古之炮炙湯藥、
炮烙酷刑等，皆本乎此技。
