人王充撰。三十卷，八十五篇，今佚〈招致〉一篇。充生當西漢末年，憤世嫉俗，乃作此書，故語多偏激；然大抵訂偽貶俗、中理者多，亦殊有裨於風俗教化。亦存神僊史若干，如堯射十日、雷公連鼓云。
