明命貳拾壹年陸月貳拾叄日，臣潘伯達、臣潘輝湜奉上諭：此次派出工部司前往河內省轄之原設真武尊神廟所，詳看事跡，逐一編列，經該部按款題明。因念該廟所舊名鎮武觀，其字面義照與神號殊属差謬，兹著改為真武觀，以正名稱。又伊觀原有鄭氏所留碑記，辞語多係誇張，又有國音詩扁，尤属鄙陋。且鄭氏擅權陵僣，名為黎臣，實為黎賊，名不正則言不順，凡有登記，皆非信筆，豈足以垂示將來。著該省即行撤去這碑，磨刮原刻字樣，留為别用，其詩扁亦即化銷。再著傳諭河静以北諸地方，凡祠寺各所，如有碑扁出自鄭氏所製者，並著照此辦理。又諸名山崖嵿，如有鄭氏題刻者，亦各行磨刮，毋得尚留原跡。欽此。
