劉侯既重有斯難，值余有天倫之戚，竟未之致也。尋而此君長逝，化爲異物，緒言餘論，蘊而莫傳。或有自其家得而示余者，余悲其音徽未沫，而其人已亡；青簡尚新，宿草將列，泫然不知涕之無從也。
