肇宇季初，滎陽人，封東武伯，薨，諡曰戴。君誕保靈和，繼期載德，宣晢清朗，直道高尚。若乃嘉號推賢，博愛濟眾。邦黨服其義，而縉紳慕其風。於時文後，歷數在躬，相國幕府，實允華夏，九德咸事，俊義在官。成君名器，納字參軍。宏略被於南國，美化行乎江漢。西陵之役，懸軍深入。親薄寇壘，躬行天誅，繼而救兵不進，糧盡道窮，因乃憮然迴慮，殿其眾而返。雖為法受黜，勳庸未崇，而天下服其勇，世主思其忠。
