臣繇言：
戎路兼行，履險冒寒。臣以無任，不獲扈從。企仰懸情，無有寧舍。即日長史逮充宣示令，命知征南將軍，運田單之奇，癘憤怒之眾，與徐晃同勢，并力撲討。表裏俱進，應時剋捷，馘滅凶逆。賊帥關羽，已被矢刃。傅方反覆，胡脩背恩，天道禍淫，不終厥命。奉聞嘉吉，喜不自勝。望路載笑，踊躍逸豫。臣不勝欣慶，謹拜表因便宜上聞。
臣繇誠惶誠恐，頓首頓首，死罪死罪。
