諸侯子在闗中者復之，十二歲其歸者半之。民前或相，聚保山澤，不書名數。今天下已定，令各歸其縣，復故爵田宅。吏以文法教訓，辨告勿笞辱。民以飢餓自賣爲人奴婢者，皆免爲庶人。軍、吏、卒會赦，其亡罪而亡爵及不滿大夫者，皆賜爵爲大夫，故大夫以上賜爵各一級。其七大夫以上皆令食邑，非七大夫以下皆復其身及戶勿事。
