梁，
五代之一也。
唐天祐四年，朱溫廢唐哀帝，自立為帝，建號梁，都汴州開封府，史稱後梁，以別於蕭衍所建之南梁
。龍德三年，十月梁末帝被殺，後梁為後唐所滅。後梁自太祖丁卯歲建國至末帝癸未，凡二代三主十七年。
