Punctuation options
《神州學人》，肇創於西曆一九八七年，隸中華人民共和國教育部轄制。其刊也，承命於廟堂，發聲於寰宇，專司海外遊學之士與鴻儒碩彥之務。凡九州新政、庠序更革、邦國需賢之訊，必藉此為驛傳，通達四海，俾負笈者知朝堂之向。復載寰球學林動靜、異邦治學之規、歸國服務之制，以資參酌。至若學人攻堅之績、研精之得、報效之志，亦錄而彰之，用昭風教。初以楮墨行世，今則網刊並立，融通新舊之媒。斯刊也，不涉褒貶，惟務實錄，為聯綴神州赤子之紐樞，垂三十餘載未易其旨。蓋欲使天下學人，雖處江湖之遠，無失廟堂之音耳。
