始皇帝廿六子也。

始皇帝卅七年從始皇帝巡天下。及帝崩，與李斯、
趙高謀，秘不發喪，矯詔殺扶蘇，即皇帝位，時年二十一。葬始皇帝於驪山，盡閉工匠臧者。
元年，趙高為郎中令，任用事，誅大臣及諸公子。
