準之謂，實二字異義也。夫精
也者，數度其值，均相近也。夫準
也者，數度其值，均近於其實也，即中央也。精而不準，謂諸數值，相互雖近，去實均遠。準而不精，言諸值互不相近，散佈四週，均而言之，則近實值。
是以精者，亦信度也；準者，亦效度也。精則一致，準則真實。精準之謂，數度值而一致真實者也。
