羌渠單于，
南匈奴之單于，
持至尸逐就單于、
呼廚泉單于之父也。
光和二年（一七九年），中郎將張脩擅斬呼徵單于，更立右賢王羌渠為單于。羌渠單于，光和二年立。中平四年（一八七年），前中山太守張純反畔，遂率鮮卑寇邊郡。
漢靈帝詔發南匈奴兵，配幽州牧劉虞討之。單于遣左賢王將騎詣幽州。國人恐單于發兵無已，五年（一八八年），右部醯落與休著各胡白馬銅等十餘萬人反，攻殺單于。羌渠立十年，子右賢王於扶羅立。
