功權常住，
物理公例也。謂能
不增不減，唯變化氣質耳。譬若摩擦力之加於物，
動能雖減，然化而為熱能，總量不變也。
又如物墜自高，加速也漸，勢化為動。然其和尚不易，故謂之守恆。
