蒸餾之器具 蒸餾者，以諸液沸點之別，行分液之法也。混液中寒而沸者，成汽又冷凝而分別之。以此法，細菌微生物皆可殺絕，溶於水中之物弗可蒸發。雜質多能以此法除之，。其較萃取、 吸附者，不入新雜。有簡餾，分餾（精餾）二法。
