藥家鑫案，事在二零一零年十月二十日，有西安人名藥家鑫者，蓋西安音樂學院學生。駕車夜急行，有婦閃避不及，為所傷，僕於道中，氣息尚存，鑫恐授人以柄，邪遂起，欲死之。鑫返車取刃，立於婦身。刃至八，方卒。鑫竊走，以為不知。 鑫恐慌，乘騎速更甚，又至二人傷。民怒合力擒之，交官府，案始發。民情激憤，黎元共誅。二零一一年六月七日，藥氏伏誅。時有研律者，以為罪不致誅，多引市論。
