虛無島所在，設有浮標「靈魂」，以示其處。
虛無島，又譯空虛島，在本初子午線、
赤道交界，
大西洋畿內亞灣之中，東望西非海岸。
按一九八四年所定萬國大地測量系統，彼之所在，屬北緯零度、東經零度，本無一物，特設浮標，名曰「靈魂」，以示其處。
蓋虛無島一名，本屬笑語，謂徒具「靈魂」，而無地容身，故假以一島，稱以「虛無」以安之。
其處水深四千九百四十米，最近之地為安諾本島，在南緯一度二十五分、東經五度三十八分，屬赤道畿內亞
