蟹會
〉，晚明張宗子之作也。其文誌於《陶庵夢憶·卷八·蟹會》。
記宗子論蚶、河蟹也味美，次敘蟹會之侈、之精。蓋宗子善薰汆之法，烹小鮮有方，何但珍饈。
于是志其膳：煮蟹、肥臘鴨、牛乳酪、醉蚶、鴨汁煮白菜、果蓏有謝橘、風栗、風菱。
飲玉壺冰、蔬兵坑笋、飯新餘杭白、漱蘭雪茶。
「食品不加鹽醋而五味全者，為蚶、為河蟹。」「繇今思之，真如天廚仙供，酒醉飯飽，慚愧慚愧。」
