衛平侯，姬姓，子南氏，諱勁，乃戰國時
衛之第四十君。
靈公之孫彌牟（子南文子）之後，《史記》作成侯之子也。成侯二十九年（公元前三四三年）薨，平侯即位。號曰子南氏代衛。平侯八年（公元前三三五年）薨，子嗣君立。史記以平侯元年為公元前三三二年，平侯八年為公元前三二五年。
