衛桓公，姬姓，諱完，乃春秋時
衛之第十三君。
莊公之子，
州吁之兄也。
莊公二十三年薨，太子完立，是為桓公。桓公二年，州吁驕奢，公絀之，州吁出奔。十三年（魯隱公元年），
鄭莊公弟段攻其兄，不勝，亡，而州吁求與之友。十五年（魯隱公三年），
周平王崩，
桓王立。十六年（魯隱公四年），州吁收聚衛亡人，以襲殺桓公，州吁自立為衛君。秋，州吁如陳，石碏使右宰醜涖殺州吁於濮，而迎桓公弟晉於邢，而立之，是為宣公
。宣公元年（魯隱公五年），夏四月葬桓公。桓公在位十六年，諡曰桓。
