路粹，字文蔚，漢陳留人。
初平中隨車駕至三輔。
建安初，擢拜尚書郎，後為軍謀祭酒典記室。及孔融有過，
曹操使粹為奏，承指數致融罪。融誅，人無不畏其筆。
十九年，轉為祕書令，從大軍至漢中，坐違禁伏法。
曹丕素與粹善，聞其死，為之歎惜。及即位，特用其子為長史
。
