連國柱，生卒年不詳，

康熙五年以舉人任
歸善縣知縣
。其革弊，懲奸宄，使縣吏不敢欺罔。時徭役頗重，多致民家產破，常有人飲藥或縊死。國柱上陳諸役於國、民之不利也。上納其言，徭役以紓。固行一條鞭法，以法賦斂，秩然有序。康熙十三年，上靖亂潮州，至歸善之差役來去者達萬次也。以國柱在，毫無擾亂歸善縣民。後擢戶部江南司主政
。離歸善之日，歸善縣民皆長泣，於路送之。
