遜清皇室小朝廷，蓋辛亥革命後，
紫禁城復辟之朝廷也。時大清雖破，然南京政府以
優待條件大赦之。
清廷遂猖獗，政府亦不甚惜。然民國十三年，
馮玉祥政變北京，朝廷遂終，奔走又立，號遜清皇室流亡小朝廷
。
兹朝廷也者，又謂遜清小朝廷、
