郅支骨都侯單于，乃匈奴單于。姓攣鞮氏，名呼屠吾斯，
虛閭權渠單于之子，
呼韓邪單于之兄也。
漢宣帝五鳳二年（前五六年），五單于之亂，呼屠吾斯於東邊自立為單于，敗閏振單于，並其兵。進攻呼韓邪，復破之，遂都單于庭。呼韓邪降漢，亦遣使奉獻於漢。
漢元帝時，因漢優遇呼韓邪，怨之，殺漢使者。會康居使使者迎，郅支遂西入康居。建昭三年（前三六年），甘延壽、陳湯發兵討斬之。
