鄧至者，
南北朝白水羌
之國也。
居西涼州界，世為羌豪，因地名號，自稱鄧至。其地自亭街以東，平武以西，汶嶺以北，
宕昌以南，士風習俗，亦與宕昌同。世號持節、平北將軍、西涼州刺史。
宋文帝時，其長象屈耽遣使獻馬。有像舒治者世為白水酋帥，乃自稱王焉。像舒治遣使內附，
魏孝文帝拜龍驤將軍、鄧至王。
梁武帝天監元年，詔以鄧至王象舒彭為督西涼州諸軍事，進號安北將軍。五年，舒彭遣使獻黃耆四百斤，馬四匹。其俗呼帽曰突何。
宇文泰命章武公導率兵送使冊封。
