醢
醢者，
肉
也，常用以佐酒
。凡作醢者，必先膊乾其肉，乃後莝之，雜以粱麴
及鹽，漬以美酒，塗置甁中，百日則成。醢宜鹹，客若歠之，則淡也。
類
醢分七類，下列：
醓醢
蠃醢
蠯醢
蜃蚳醢
兔醢
魚醢
鴈醢
刑
醢除飲酒肴饈，又指一刑
；始於殷商，細臠其肉，肉盡至骨，痛不欲生，然後斬首，製成脯醢，謂之醢刑
