野利仁榮，
西夏開國功臣、
西夏文之父。乃夏景宗之皇后野利氏親族也。
史
大慶元年（公曆一零三六年），承景宗之旨所自制西夏書、
西夏字，成十二卷，行體方整，筆劃繁冗。
天授禮法延祚二年（公曆一零三九年），建西夏學院，野利仁榮受任主其事
。
天授禮法延祚五年（公曆一零四二年），野利仁榮卒，贈富平侯。
天盛十四年（公曆一一六二年），
夏仁宗為表其封制西夏字之功，始封制蕃宇師野利仁榮為廣惠王
。
