金楚糕
金楚糕，甜食，產於沖繩
。以豚脂、
砂糖雜於小麥粉，烙之，遂成。
至所從來，諸說並存。
中國南部有同類者，名曰桃酥
。以豬油、
砂糖雜於小麥粉，蒸之，若加須底羅然。乃有自華之說。或云琉球氣候相適，食材相宜，遂獨創之。此琉球獨創之說。或云此葡萄牙東漸之物也，蓋自絲路而来。今金楚糕亦沖繩之揭
。
