名邑也。處朝鮮南疆，與韓
境為鄰，今為開城特級市，地望尊崇。依山傍水，文風自古醇厚，歷為高麗都城，延數百載。
其地也，東倚松岳山，南界臨津江，丘陵起伏，氣候和暢，土宜膏腴，宜耕宜居，自古即為要津。
開城市一文似未成。宜善
之。
