越南人也，越共故總書記也。幼家貧，性聰慧，時越法戰爭，缺衣少食，顛沛流離失所，然阮氏篤學不殆，嘗居寺廟勤讀，未嘗怨也。及長，入河內大學，赴蘇
留學，後出仕，任雜誌編輯，投身革命，歷經抗法、
抗美之戰，其人深沉有略，長於謀略，故屢獲提升。至二十一世紀初，拜總書記之位，執掌國柄。在任十餘載，勤政愛民，遁革新開發，奉竹子外交，國事煥然一新。
二二四年，富仲年耋耋而卒，聲譽卓著，海內皆稱善也。
