此乃大包也
雞球大包，簡稱大包，

地食次也。蓋昔客作細民，勞筋苦骨，而俸微薪薄。茶肆製大包，厚其餡，蛋、
筍、菇、
肉
等，含蓄其中，以至形巨泰山
。薄利益民，以博佳名。因其利薄，故寡其數。是以蒸郁甫出，趨之若鶩，未幾而罄，晚至者往往不得，悻悻而去。今而小康，美饌豐贍，民多不擇。工序瑣碎，
庖人不屑，終至萎蔫。必欲品之，則一二老鋪有之耳。
