惠懿帝高雲之寵臣。
高雲常畜養壯士以為腹心爪牙。離班、桃仁專典禁衛，賞賜以巨萬計，衣食起居皆與之同，而班、仁志願無厭，猶有怨憾。
四九年十月，雲臨東堂，班、仁懷劍執紙而入，稱有所啟。班抽劍擊雲，雲以幾扞之，仁從旁擊雲，弒之。
