廣西南寧賓陽人也。年二十，入雲南大學
。
西曆二零零四年，聚鄰舍四生賭，局未覆，加爵彩之者三，邵生窘，疑其欺焉，乃出惡語辱之，其餘三生皆群起而謾之。加爵雖不言，實陰銜恨之。暮，貨大椎二，袖而歸。既同寢，伺邵生眠，奮而椎之，顱裂。明日，誘楊生以賭，亦斃之。如是者更擊殺二生。既殺四生，悔，乃以布封其屍數匝，函而藏之櫃中，重鎖而遁。數日，同舍某生有疑曰：「吾室鮑臭不絕，何也？」逐解櫃，卒見屍，大驚，旋告官吏。乃案加爵行容而為圖，懸巨萬之賞，大搜於四海之內。民情激憤，黎元共誅。然竭刑吏之餘智，竟失其所往。天下益懼之。
越旬日，
瓊
之民遊於道，窺見一丐，頗似榜圖。捕之，問之乃曰：「某是也。」遂就擒。
六月，馬氏伏誅。
