隋時有懷戎沙門高曇晟者，因縣令設齋，士女大集，曇晟與其僧徒五十人擁齋眾而反，殺縣令及鎮將，自稱大乘皇帝，立尼靜宣為耶輸皇后，建元為法輪。至夜，遣人招誘高開道，結為兄弟，改封齊王。開道以眾五千人歸之，居數月，襲殺曇晟，悉並其眾。
