製法
湯麪：以汁泡之麪也
撈麪：以沸水泡之，隔水，佐以醬料，即可
蒸麪：
炒麪：菜肉與乾麪炒製而成
炸麪：麪條油炸而成，多供火鍋煮食也
即食麪泡麪方便麪：多以沸水浸泡或燉煮而成，佐以粉末油脂調味。多用於戶外旅行，常與肉腸共食。
