龍翻，九法之一也。見於《
素女經
》：令女正偃臥向上，男伏其上，股隱於床，女舉其陰，以受玉莖
。刺其谷實，又攻其上，疏緩動搖，八淺二深，死往生返，勢壯且強，女則煩悅，其樂如倡，致自閉固，百病消亡。
