西越國國夫人，姓阮，諱玉印，清化中路東山縣人。顯考諱巴列，贈太子太保；慈妣姓裴，諱氏坳，贈郡夫人。辛未年生，適贈郡公，姓阮，諱車了，謚康簡。生五子：女曰縣君玉媚，適殿前都指揮使阮原僑；次曰當今聖母宣慈仁懿皇太后；男曰魯，贈入內司馬參知政事；次曰昌黎，入內內侍省都知；季曰文桓，榮祿大夫奉宣使。延寧三年丙子，四月二十一日終。贈國太夫人，謚惠靖，壽六十六。本年十一月二十六日祔葬于布衛長秋原，郡公之墓左。
